I keep trying to figure out what influences the wiggles and jiggles of Clumpo. I hope that the movements are not random, nor would they be in reaction to discomfort. I want to place some degree of intelligence to Clumpo before he comes out and alternates between crying, pooping, and eating for the subsequent 2 months.

I have removed my robe and wizard hat, and put on my detective hat. I have found a few things to help me crack the case of the wiggles and jiggles.

• During a Shinkansen ride to Hiroshima, Clumpo was very active. I can deduce that Clumpo enjoys trains. We will confirm this by playing some Thomas the Dank Engine, which is age appropriate and suitable for everyone.
• After Yuki eats sweets, Clumpo will occasionally wiggle. After Eli eats sweets, there is no change. Eli is the control group in all cases.
• When laying down for bed, Clumpo jiggles and kicks. Clumpo’s love for matresses: confirmed.
• When I speak, Clumpo stops moving. Clumpo is afraid of gingers.

I will continue to explore reasons for movement in Clumpo. This will become much easier in the coming months once Clumpo is outside of the womb.
