I am starting work at Rakuten on March 2nd. My previous company’s CEO has a full-on meltdown when I told him that I was in the process of finding new work, and that is a story unto itself. My unused vacation days were applied towards me leaving early, and I am spending my time hanging out in the house.

I accompanied Yuki to the doctor’s office again and got to see Clumpo for the second time. This time, we got a very clear shot of his face, which was partially obstructed by the umbilical cord. He stuck out his tongue, opened his mouth, and made random winkings and blinkings for the camera. He is at 1.7kg at the moment, which is about 3.75lbs. Everything is normal!

There are 2 months left before his live debut, but until then we can make use of this picture as a teaser. Yuki thinks he looks like me. I think he looks like all other babies at the moment.

Yuki and I were wondering what color eyes, hair, and nipples he will have. I assume that due to genetics, they will be black, black, and stoplight red, respectively.
